Virtual airline notice
A clear statement of what DLVirtual is, what it is not and how the community operates.
An independent simulation community
DLVirtual is an independent, community-operated virtual airline created exclusively for flight simulation. It is not a real-world airline, travel agency or transport provider. Every flight, route, aircraft position and operational message shown on this website belongs to a simulated environment.
No affiliation with real-world airlines
DLVirtual is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorized by or otherwise connected with Delta Air Lines, Inc. or any other real-world airline. Visitors looking for the real Delta Air Lines should use the official website at delta.com.
Non-commercial operation
DLVirtual is privately funded by its operator and staff. It is not a registered association and does not generate income through membership fees, donations, advertising, sponsorships or the sale of services. Pilots are not charged to join or participate.
Trademarks, names and imagery
Delta and related airline names, logos, liveries and trademarks are the property of Delta Air Lines, Inc. or their respective rights holders. Other third-party names, trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners. DLVirtual uses references to real-world aviation only to describe the subject of simulated operations. No statement on this website transfers, waives or claims ownership of third-party rights.
VATSIM operations
DLVirtual encourages members to fly eligible simulated operations on the VATSIM network. VATSIM is an independent third-party service. Pilots using it must follow the VATSIM Code of Conduct, use the callsign assigned to their booking and comply with all applicable network rules. Displaying the VATSIM name or logo does not by itself claim current Virtual Airline Partner status.
Software and content licensing
DLVirtual does not permit pirated software, charts, manuals, liveries or other copyright-protected material to be distributed through its website or community. Members and staff are expected to use properly licensed software and to respect third-party copyright and trademark rights. Suspected infringement can be reported to service@dlvirtual.com.
Privacy and operational transparency
The public operations board is intended to make simulated activity transparent without publishing pilot email addresses or account credentials. Details about website data processing, browser storage and the vAMSYS connection are available in the privacy policy and cookie policy.
